Defending their hard-won market-share against a growing number of low-cost copycat rivals risked a race to the bottom, so Jada Blitz asked us to look at their own fitness for the challenges ahead.

Jada Blitz believes in providing a custom fit for every body. The brand exposes typical gym chains as the cynical offering that they are, and offers a more premium-feeling experience than other low cost gyms for the same price. Where others deceive with grey areas, vague promises or elitist images of an unobtainable ideal, Jada Blitz is the honest brand that lays everything out in black & red.

After establishing sales objectives, identifying opportunities and unique points of differentiation, Hubspoke got to work on developing an education and retention marketing strategy that utilized multi-channel marketing tactics that included a complete rebrand, drip marketing campaigns, relationship marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, video, event promotions and Pay-Per-Click advertising campaigns. Hubspoke created a connected system where user engagement buying process is measured throughout the sales funnel.

The result was a 30% increase in membership and personal training enrollment. With the marketing strategy in place, Jada Blitz has a roadmap to pave the way for their aggressive growth strategy for many years to come.

The Jada Blitz website needed to serve as both the hub for their content marketing and a sales support tool. Hubspoke integrated the MindBody CRM system into the website to display class schedules, allow users to purchase memberships, book or purchase training sessions and classes as well as funnel prospect inquiries into the CRM system.

Blitz Beat is more than just a newsletter but serves as a prospecting and retention tool that further positions Jada Blitz Fitness as thought leaders in their industry. The email marketing strategy focuses on two types of content tailored for each group. Prospecting content includes fitness program information and gym specials tailored toward the prospects interest. Prospects are then funneled into the website where users can learn more about that fitness program or service, enroll or purchase the service or inquire for a consultation.

The Blitz Beat retention campaign furthers Jada Blitz’s education strategy with snippets of workout ideas, nutritional guidance, trainer bios, gym specials and events funneling users to the Blitz Beat blog where additional marketing tactics are presented.

In addition, Jada Blitz website takes advantage of Google AdWords remarketing where past visitors will see these ads while they are browsing the web, watching YouTube videos or reading news sites, for example—keeping your brand top-of-mind and enticing visitors to come back for more.
